Empowering Black Youth & Men to Thrive
"What They See Is What They'll Be"
We mentor youth, champion education, build economic power, and promote health in Santa Clara County and surrounding communities.
Our Mission
Building a Stronger Community, One Life at a Time
100 Black Men of Silicon Valley is dedicated to improving the quality of life within our communities and enhancing educational and economic opportunities for our youth and other diverse groups. Founded in 1993, we recognized that despite Silicon Valley's prosperity, significant educational and economic gaps affected Black youth in our region. We've been closing those gaps ever since — through mentoring, education, economic empowerment, and health initiatives.
What We Do
Four Pillars of Empowerment
Our programs address the whole person — mind, career, health, and community — giving youth every tool they need to succeed.
Mentoring
Our signature See-You-Be-You program pairs youth with dedicated mentors for one-on-one relationships that span years, not just months.
