As President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the 100 Black Men of America, Inc., I am deeply honored to serve alongside dedicated men who believe in the power of mentoring and community service. Our mission is clear: to improve the quality of life within our communities and enhance educational and economic opportunities for all.
Mentoring lies at the heart of who we are. When we invest in our young people—guiding, teaching, and encouraging them—we are shaping not just individual lives but the future of our community. A single act of mentorship has the power to inspire a lifetime of achievement, resilience, and leadership.
Here in greater San Jose, our chapter is committed to serving the entire community with programs that uplift, empower, and connect people across all walks of life. We recognize the importance of unity and collaboration, especially during times when our communities face challenges that threaten to divide us or strip away essential resources from those who need them most.
We stand strong, unwavering in our belief that every young person deserves opportunity, every family deserves support, and every community deserves hope. Together, we are building bridges where others may build barriers. Together, we affirm that progress is achieved not through division, but through compassion, equity, and shared commitment.
On behalf of the Silicon Valley Chapter, I thank you for your continued support. Let us keep moving forward with purpose, vision, and unity—because what they see is truly what they will be.
With respect and gratitude,
Brian M. Walton, Sr.,
President/Chairman
