Mentoring Is Who We Are
Mentoring is the cornerstone of 100 Black Men of America and our Silicon Valley Chapter. Our signature See-You-Be-You mentoring program is an evidence-based and strategic intervention that helps young people reach their full potential and become productive community members.
Our program addresses the social, cultural, emotional, and unique needs of youth — primarily African American males and youth of color in Silicon Valley — through one-to-one relationships with our members.
Mentoring relationships span at least a school year and often continue over multiple years. Our volunteer members come from diverse professional sectors and backgrounds, bringing real-world experience and genuine commitment to every session.
