Conference returns to New York, where the movement began, marking 40 years of collective mentoring impact and leadership development across the 100’s national network.

ATLANTA, GA — April 1, 2026. 100 Black Men of America, Inc. announces the opening of media credentialing for its 40th Annual Conference, taking place June 17–21, 2026, at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City. Members of the media are invited to apply for credentials to cover this milestone event by visiting the media credentialing page. Media criteria and a media kit are available there.

Celebrating 40 years of national impact, the conference will bring together leaders, mentors, corporate partners, and youth from across the country for four days of programming focused on mentoring, health and wellness, education, and economic empowerment. The conference returns to New York City — where the movement began in 1963 — underscoring the organization’s enduring legacy and continued commitment to shaping the future of the communities it serves. What started as a local effort among a group of Black men committed to mentorship has grown into a global network dedicated to improving the quality of life within African American communities.

“Returning to New York for our 40th Annual Conference is both a celebration of our history and a powerful reminder of why this movement began. For more than four decades, our members have remained committed to mentoring and empowering youth, and this conference reflects the collective impact of that work and our continued focus on shaping the next generation of leaders.”

— Milton H. Jones, Jr., Chairman

“We look forward to welcoming our members, partners, and the media as we highlight the work of our chapters, such as our mentorship programs and scholarship recipients, and share inspiring stories of young people whose lives are being transformed every day.”

— Robert B. Brown, President, One Hundred Black Men, Inc.

The 40th Annual Conference will feature leadership sessions, youth programming, community engagement activities, and signature events that reflect the organization’s Four for the Future℠ focus areas: mentoring, education, health and wellness, and economic empowerment, all encompassed by leadership.

The 40th Annual Conference is made possible annually through the support of many sponsors. The first announcement of sponsors includes:

  • Presenting Sponsors: State Farm, The Coca-Cola Company, and Wells Fargo
  • Registration Sponsor: UPS
  • Conference Co-Sponsor: JD Finish Line Foundation
  • Community Health Partner: Alzheimer’s Association

Their generous support ensures that the conference continues to provide valuable resources and networking opportunities for attendees each year.

Members of the media are encouraged to request credentials early to secure access to conference programming, interviews, and special events.
